The site was designed from the ground up to be used as a touchscreen - meaning no information hidden behind hover effects or cursor movement. The user is encouraged to explore in a number of different ways - both from spinning the globe, as well as scrolling through a horizontal timeline, and discovering related laureates on each subpage.
